Event Details:

• Date: Friday, July 5th

• Time: 6:00 pm – Plunge at First Beach

• Gathering: 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm at Island Brewing Company

The past two events have been a tremendous success, filled with enthusiastic participants, plenty of splashes, and great camaraderie. Thanks to the generous support of Island Brewing Company, over $400 has been donated to the Warrior Pool Foundation so far.

Highlights of the Event:

• Ocean plunge at First Beach at 6:00 pm

• Enjoy pints and camaraderie at Island Brewing Company from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm

• Island Brewing Company will donate a portion of the proceeds from every pint sold to the Warrior Pool Foundation

• New tie-dye gear available for purchase in all sizes

The Warrior Pool Foundation

We are thrilled to announce a series of Plunge and Pints events to kick off the summer season and raise awareness for its mission to provide Carpinteria's high school students with a state-of-the-art pool facility.

The Warrior Pool Foundation is dedicated to fostering a sense of pride in our school and community by creating a sustainable aquatic center. Through fundraising, community support, and partnerships, the foundation aims to elevate athlete performance, expand access to all students, and provide vocational training opportunities.

The Plunge and Pints events will take place on May 3rd, June 7th, July 5th, and August 2nd, coinciding with the First Fridays through the summer, starting at 6:00 pm. Participants will gather at First Beach in Carpinteria at 6:00 pm for a refreshing ocean plunge, followed by a walk over to Island Brewing Company from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm for a pint and camaraderie.

Proceeds from the pint sales at Island Brewing Company will directly support the Warrior Pool Foundation's fundraising efforts to build the pool at the high school.

Hayley Fedders, President of the Warrior Pool Foundation, stated, "While we await news about the feasibility study, our fundraising efforts are already in full swing. Our last event was a tremendous success, demonstrating the urgent need for a pool at our high school. Every contribution, whether through participation or donation, brings us one step closer to realizing this vital project."
